Cepheus is a handsome but mysterious man. Not much is known about him, and he prefers to keep it that way. When talking with him, he seems a little absent mentally, but his sharp wit and experience in criminal psychology comes in very handy during crime investigations. A lot of his coworkers despise him since he loves to dig deep into peoples carnal thoughts and call them out for it.  Cepheus is Victoria’s left hand man, directly assisting her with all her investigative duties. He is commonly found standing at crime scenes scoping out evidence and clues the rest of the team may miss out on. When asked about to Victoria, She explains that Cepheus is reliable, and an irreplaceable asset to her team. She also wanted to add that he pays for breakfast a lot, which she said is a huge plus.
