Vera is a delinquent. Plain and simple. She is a frequent flier at the police station, but despite being a nasty and bitchy woman, the investigators can never get anything on her to hold her past 24 hours. Victoria is convinced that Vera is connected to Aeviternus, and she always trusts her gut. Vera only cares about garnering worshippers to the Georgium Sidus church and the Uranus faith. She can be found standing on various street corners, standing tall and proud while she discusses the achievements of the goddess of chaos and mayhem, Uranus.  Vera is very standoffish and a smartass. She knows what she is worth, and she will make sure everyone gives her the respect she may or may not deserve. People who encounter the mischievous young woman can’t help but feel like there’s something a lot more sinister than petty crimes going on behind closed doors.
