Upon first glance Victoria seems like a domineering figure who would have no qualms snapping you in half, and the click of her heels on the station's floor give some misbehaving officers PTSD. As soon as she opens her mouth though, it’s easy to see that under that tough exterior, the General has a heart of gold. She cares very much for her brother, even though she is seen being very hard and strict with him. The bond she has with her brother is a very tight and unbreakable relationship, and she has no problems relying on him when she needs it. She also cares very deeply for her two lead detectives Captain Usagi and Lieutenant Cepheus, and trusts them with a lot of her basic day-to-day tasks. Victoria is friendly and kind, but her brother expresses concern for her desolate mental state. Will you be the one to heal her and allow her to enjoy living again?
